Detroit Mayor To Step Down

Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has entered into a plea deal this morning on obstruction charges in connection with a city hall sex scandal. He will step down as mayor, serve 120 days in jail and pay the city of Detroit one million dollars in damages.
